Refund policy
1. Returns accepted by CRISAFISH srl are for defective equipment only.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you have purchased is defective and still under warranty. To report a problem with your item, please send us a description of the problem and a photo or video of the problem via the e-mail BEreturns@crisafish.eu. Once we have received your item, we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf. Depending on their decision, a replacement or repair will be made. If the problem is due to misuse, no action will be taken. If you are entitled to an exchange, we will send you a new item to the original shipping address.
2. Customers can return unopened items
We accept returns of new, unopened items. All return requests must be made in advance via our e-mail address BEreturns@crisafish.eu. Unopened items may be returned in their original packaging, with the purchase invoice, within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Discounted or sale items will not be refunded.
3. Returns or exchanges of garments can only be made if the items are in perfect condition and in their original packaging (including any labels).
All requests for returns or exchanges must be made in advance via our e-mail address BEreturns@crisafish.eu. This request must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges will only be made subject to stock availability at the supplier's or our warehouse.
4. After acceptance of a return or exchange
We will send you a return label and a document that you will need to insert in the parcel. If this document is missing, the procedure may be delayed.
Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for loss or damage during transport.
